We hope you find these informative. We thank you for your orders and feel sure you will appreciate our products and service and prices.
Your orders can be placed using our internet shopping basket online or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We have a minimum order value of £10.00 excluding VAT and postage. Our prices do not include delivery or insurance, which are added once you have
selected your order.
For orders up to £30.00 we will use recorded delivery.
For order over £30.00 we will used Royal Mail Registered Post .
Postage charges will be advised to you and are paid by the customer.
Orders will be shipped within 7 days. If the item is out of stock and you will be advised by email and have the choice of being refunded or amending your order.
Unless we are advised otherwise by you, we will ship your order to the address you have given us.
Payments can be made on line through Debit Card, Visa or MasterCard Credit cards.
Payments made by Postal Order or bank cheque will take the normal 5 days to clear, but in the meantime your order will be prepared and ready to be shipped.
Payments for orders on line will be held until after your order has been shipped.
Your name and contact details will be held securely by us unless you specifically
request us not to. No contact details will be passed onto or sold to third parties.
You have the right to cancel your order for good bought on line within 7 days after receipt of the goods provided they are returned in perfect condition. Goods are returned at the customers cost. Refunds are made in full, less any postage/ shipping costs. Kindly advise us by email before returning the goods advising your invoice number and requesting a Returns number.
We try to be an ethical company, so we recycle packaging where ever possible. This also helps keep our costs down and the savings we pass onto you in lower prices.
